They pay more than other place for the same position After one year working for them you can pick your schedule You can apply for higher positions You get some benefits when you work for specialties stores you start to work for a team worried about the quality service for our clients and employees you get trainings and help in projects so there is a better atmosphere
They don t give you 40 hours some time they usually don t let you stay more than 35 hours The schedule is not flexible you have to be able to work since 4 am to 10 pm so it is very difficult to keep another job If you are studying and you over qualified for your position you can t apply for positions for corporate it is limited to what they need The benefits are very limited insurance is free but it doesn t cover a lot of thing When you work for the convenience stores the work atmosphere between workers is not than good
